Tenant Service Request Procedures

To facilitate a quick response, tenants should be familiar with the following procedures for requesting services:

Work orders can be requested through Angus AnyWhere via the Angus Link. Each Tenant Contact has the ability to enter work orders and track work order progress online. For Angus Training or in need of further assistance, please contact the Office of the Building at 312-228-8200.

The appropriate Building personnel will be dispatched to service your request. Please note, response times will vary.

The Office of the Building can be reached at 312-228-8200 Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Requests made after regular business hours will be answered by the Security Command Center.

Please Be prepared to give the following information:

  1. Company Name
  2. Suite and/or Floor Number
  3. Name of the individual requesting the service
  4. Nature of the request or problem (i.e. temperature, cleaning, electrical, etc.)
  5. Any additional security services
